Hello everyone,

I am buying a gift for a Korean friend of mine, and I understand the full gift-giving etiquette, but I am left a little confused by how I should wrap it.

Of course, I know that bright colours are usually a treat, and I'm sure that picking colours are simple, but after browsing many different sites I'm a little confused about the exact colours I should use.

What I mean is that - on one website I visited: I was told that I should avoid black and green; and then on another website I was told green was a traditional colour, and to avoid red, etc. It confuses me a lot how these different sites are giving different advice.

I know that dark colours and red should be avoided, I've already sorted that I won't be using those, but I am confused about the green. Is it a traditional colour that would be nice as wrapping?

I was thinking of wrapping my gift in light blue and yellow to bypass this little problem, would that be suitable?
